ERASMUS CARE

Congratulations! You have been choosen for Erasmus exchange. After comming to Bratislava, you will have to deal transportation issues but also with some administrative challenges.

Here are first steps:

  1. get to your accommodation and check in
  2. get to the Department of International Relations for enrolment documents
  3. open a bank account

Next, you have to apply for residence permit as you will stay in Slovakia more than 90 days. The application form and documents are needed to apply as well as paying the fee. Please read it VERY carefully and pay attention to every single detail and document needed. Without one single document missing they will refuse to accept your application. (you will need bank statement, acceptance letter, photos, criminal records from your country and Slovakia too).

Within 30 days of applying you have to proof that you do not suffer by any exotic diseases. You can get it only on two places in Bratislava, both having similarly expensive fees. 

The police department will have 30 days to answer your application. After you will receive theresidence permit, you can stay in Slovakia in declared period. This period will be confirmed by the university.

ERASMUS CARE PLUS

which includes:

  1. transport from airport / train and bus station to your apartment
  2. appointment at the Department of International Relations
  3. bank account opening assistance
  4. Slovakian mobile SIM card
  5. police queue standing
  6. residence permit assistance
  7. diseases test assistance
  8. hospital, dentist and medical assistance (queue standing and translation)

Price: 1500 Euros (1200 Euros of our residents)
